Function of sealing ring and precautions for use of sealing ring
1. Function of sealing ring:
Prevent oil leakage and air and dust infiltration
2. Common classification of seals:
Sealing ring, gasket and scraper; The commonly used sealing rings are O-type, V-type and U-type;
Different materials of seals have different physical properties and different media.
3. Precautions for use of sealing ring:
1、 Different specifications shall not be mixed;
2、 The sealing ring shall not be soaked in non working medium;
3、 Specify the conditions for scrapping the sealing ring:
A. Aging, cracking and defect;
B. Loss of elasticity and obvious defect;
C. Beyond the storage period or service life;
4、 When installing the sealing ring, ensure that it is installed in place and the operation method is correct
